Refund Policy

We will gladly exchange items provided that they adhere to:

  1. The item has not been used, marked or damaged.
  2. The item is in its original packaging.
  3. Its original labels and tags are attached.
  1. You notify us at redoneperth.com.au/contact-us/ within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
  1. You post or send the item(s) to: Red One Perth, 64 Michael St, Yokine WA 6060, Australia. Remember that postage is at the buyer’s cost.

We advise that when sending back goods, use a postal tracking service for safe delivery back to us. We will send out your replacement after inspecting and approving your returned item.

If an item purchased is faulty, different from their description or unable to be supplied, then an exchange or full refund may be provided from our side.

In the case of faulty items, the following criteria must be met before an exchange/refund is considered:

  1. The fault is in manufacturing and not caused by the buyer.
  2. We are notified within 7 days of purchase.

Red One Perth will happily fund the postage of the faulty exchanged item back to you. If multiple exchanges are needed, the cost of subsequent exchanges will be borne by the buyer.

Every endeavour will be made to exchange your goods with the same replacement item. In some circumstances, it will not be available. So, a store credit will be issued or in the case of faulty goods, a refund may be permitted. However, all refunds, exchanges and credits remain at the sole discretion of Red One Perth.
